Did you ever have Deja Vu? I think this is a bike I did in the early '80's. I never built "Show Bikes" so, if I did it and the Cabretta seat looks like I did. It was a job done with the best parts Doug Hollis could supply (except I used LA Sleeves) and the machine work was by a NHRA Champion's Machinist (Jack Coonrod). I always replaced all bushing, spindles and bearings in everything and the big ends were within .0005 overall if possible. If it's what I think it is, It's a nice runner, but it's pretty pricey.
