It turns out that I don't need one, it all works just fine as is. But how tiny is that hole, it looks to be about 6 mm? I haven't seen any decompressors that small, perhaps they exist?

You need a 10 or 12mm tapped hole for the HD or Husqvarna type decompressor, and a small communicating hole into the combustion chamber itself.
