Can any body recommend a travel insurance company that is sympathetic to an seventy eight year old child who feels it is time he had a bit of cover for his continental wanderings.

Try Insure and go they cover me I aint no chickin and I am on a 1100GS BMW
15 days to Sardinia and 2 other trips it aint cheap and there are a lot of questions
Before I found them i spent an hour answering a set of questions to one company to find the cc limit was 125:rolleyes:
Also when in the USA last year I&G covered me for risk sports including ski-ing (dont know why I never do foot sledging) and motorcycles of any size but they said they would not give cover for fishing!, I said thats OK I have never done any thrashing or dangleing and not one worm have been drowned by me.

You could try Alpha travel insurance, a multi trip years cover for my son (33) and self (64 with health issues) european bike travel included for £56! l opted for high excess to reduce costs but not on the medical cover which was the main reason for cover in the first place. Good luck....

Hi Norm
If you have an Account with Nationwide, they do Travel cover. Failing them try Saga, but I have not used them. 'bout time you had some cover, wandering about all over the place, uncovered!!
