On a new BTH ,you can shave a wee bit off the base and it will fit , or shave a bit off the platform on the engine.

Can anyone tell me if this is the BTH unit fitted to some series A machines, picked it up last weekend at Bendigo swap on the off chance it may be ok for my 1937 Meteor if my Miller set does not come up to scratch?

Hi. Did you use your BTH magneto? If not and you still have it, I would be interested for my Early 1935 Comet. Also need a pump. Thanks.

Not ready to dispense with it at the moment but I will keep you posted if I decide to part ways when my machine is finished.
