Accommodation in the IOM

Dear All,
Can some one from over there point me in the direction of some accommodation for an Aussie and his Vincent from 22nd Aug to the 28th Aug. please.

I stayed here a few weeks ago.

The accommodation was OK, but I don't think there was anywhere secure to leave a Vincent if that's what you're after.

Am going back out there in another couple of weeks staying somewhere different. Will let you know what that place is like once I've been.

Glenlough campsite Union Mills. They do have tents for rent. About 10 minutes from Douglas promenade.
You'll have to leave early on race days as the campsite entrance is right on the course.

The MANIN hotel in Douglas has an underground carpark with security shutter it's a great hotel but expensive however I think it's worth it and I am a guy that thinks the annual dinner and international hotel bills are near my limit. You need to book the hotel and the steam racket boat just after you unpack from the last IOM trip

G’day blokes, thanks for your replies. I ended up being directed to a lovely bnb near Laxey. Although the weather was decidedly bleak whilst I was there in the IOM, I really did enjoy the trip. I did get to do a lap.
