I thought this display was interesting. Specific details of the bikes are a little thin, but when it came to the enclosed model, all the photographer could say is "Strange looking Vincent."

If that is the museum I’m thinking of, that one bike is a genuine engine only Lightning motor built into a bike.

It's a great museum with a bit of everything for the gear head types...... and it's owned by a VOC Member!

Of course the main event at the museum is the Bluebird display. Well worth the effort to visit.

You all may well have missed the most interesting exhibit of all. Namely the picture of a young and extremely hansom RAC Road patrolman posing by his RAC phone box in the 1950's It is by the RAC outfit
